Of course, that won’t happen all the time. In fact, they can even fight larger enemies and come out victorious. I have to admit that black ants are incredibly brave. They can also construct new nests, which will enable you to increase the population of your ant colony. Their primary task is digging and finding bugs and other creatures that can be eaten. That is why you will also need ant workers. However, how can you do that without an army? Black ants can do the dirty work of killing for you, but you need to secure them food. The first mission had a straightforward task – demolish everything in your way. However, keep mind that Empires of the Undergrowth is an early access game, which means we can probably expect more. At the moment, there are only four missions. Aside from the challenges that you can take on whenever you want to, there are also missions to complete. In fact, they have unique challenges for your colony, and they don’t care whether you will survive.
You might like them at first, but you will soon find out that they are not good people. Two scientists have created a formicarium and started observing the ant colony that you will lead. In fact, this release has a lot to offer if you are up for an ant colony management game. The good news is that this is not a rip off of the SimAnt. It seems that the people from Slug Disco Studios think the same since they decided to use ants as main protagonists of their new game Empires of the Undergrowth. Ever since I found out that they can carry up to 50 times their body weight, I have a weird respect for ants.
